Hope Station - site plan and layout of future buildings in Palestine, TX

CDS Initiative: Mixed-Used Prototypes - We see the need for affordable housing and economic empowerment, and live-work units are a great solution. Help us with initial designs for two-story live-work units on side-by-side 25'x100' lots. Innovative materials and design are being considered: shipping containers, wood framing, and timber framing

Partner, Armstrong-Douglass

Scott Armstrong is a structural engineer and co-founder of Armstrong-Douglass Structural Engineers. He has almost 30 years of experience designing structures of all types, including non-traditional buildings like the shipping container office park pictured above.

Salome

Interior Designer, Corgan

Salome Abad is an intern at CDS, on top of her role at Corgan. She demonstrates a drive to rise far above a typical design career, one that changes and originates a different world through design.

Parking

Paid parking is available in two surface lots located nearby, as shown on the map. Street parking is also available near Corgan's office.
